Bolton host Everton as Gary Megson hopes to avoid repeating the same result as last season’s 3-0 loss at Everton. He will be desperate to claw back some dignity at the Reebok on Sunday. Wanders are still yet to record a home win this season but after starting badly Bolton have only lost just one of their last six.
Everton’s visit comes after losing catastrophically in the Europa League in Lisbon. It also comes before a Carling Cup tie against Spurs. David Moyes is under pressure. They are also dealing with injuries but that does not make Bolton too happy as out of their last six meetings Bolton have only managed one draw.
